Return & Refund Policy

At The Fragrance Company, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it governs all return, refund, and exchange requests.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered. This includes situations where the scent does not match your personal preference, as fragrance perception can vary from person to person.

Exchange for Transit Damage

We understand that damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we will offer a free exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• You must record a clear, unopened unboxing video — recording must begin before the package is opened, showing the sealed parcel and the damage as it is unboxed. Videos starting after the box has already been opened cannot be accepted as valid proof.
• The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video, order number, and photos of the damaged item.
• One exchange is permitted per order.
• Exchanges will be processed for the same product; if unavailable, an alternative fragrance of equal value from our catalog will be offered.

How to Request an Exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 74110 83968 with your order number, unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

We are unable to offer an exchange in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Scent preference not matching expectations
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (except in cases of verified transit damage)
• Exchange requests raised after the 48-hour window

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible after placing your order.
